Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
Divide between the two (frozen) pie crusts. Cover tightly with foil and freeze.
To prepare, remove and unwrap a pie, top with a refrigerated pie crusts, poke a few holes in the top, and bake at 350° for 60-75 minutes until bubbly and browned on top (check with a thermometer for 165° if you're unsure that it's ready).
