Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil over the top.
Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. (Check for temp, should be 165°F).
Remove chicken and shred with forks.
Mix cornstarch with water and stir into crockpot. Return chicken, cover, and cook on HIGH 20-30 more minutes until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice.
